Rasam opened their doors on 3rd of November 2003, with the desire to introduce authentic flavours of Indian Sub continent. India is a country of 1.2 billion people of huge diversity, her love affair with food is only natural.

The spices and flavours are sourced from all over India and our Chefs are from Bengal, Orissa, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan. (All have a catering college degree and a 5 star Indian hotel background).
